Question about lost pages

I had several things I had written in Blank Page & now it’s not there anymore?
I’ve tried everything but can’t restore it.
I saw something in the forum about Blank Page changing to new.blank.page
And it said all written pages would be exported but there must be a glitch because I can’t see any of the stuff I wrote in blank page & it’s not letting me restore it. How do I find my written previous pages?
