What bothered you the most when you where a teenager?

I'm currently still a student, and I really want to know how everyone overcame problems in their last 2 years of high school because things are getting tougher and tougher. If anyone gave up on studying, did you maybe for at least once in your lifetime regret it? If I actually just give up on acting out and being mean to everyone would people just think I'm crazy?

Plz, if you don't like this post just don't comment, I don't even know what I'm writing, so many things I want to complain about, but I don't know where to start.

Why don't you start by writing them all? You can use blank.page to set a timer and then vomit your thoughts onto the page. It really does help. You can try this exercise that I recently suggested to another member.

Also, a very similar "protocol" was mentioned in a recent Huberman Lab podcast.

i dont think people will think ur crazy just because of a change in attitude. to be honest, everyones a lot more absorbed in their own worlds than we realize. i know im not much older than u, but it really sinks in in senior year how much the opinions of people around u just don't matter. everyone says it, but i promise its true. they might feel important now, but focusing on the future will help you know whats good for u a lot more than spending all your time casting glances anytime you feel like ur doing something wrong, because i guarantee no one's keeping track and it's ok to fall short of peoples expectations when they never had a right to put any on u in the first place. i hope ur doing ok and high school feels like hell but each year passes quicker than the last, and i fully believe u can make it.<333
